All the refund and exchange must comply with the following policy and notice us by email within 7 days of receiving your goods.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, the staff will evaluate and give you the corresponding reply. The email should include the shipping label, photos or video of the proof of the wrong/defective/damaged item.

Please note that we are not responsible for a refund for any case of return without our acknowledgment and authorization. Damaged or defective items returned without their original packaging will not receive a refund. In the case of online purchases, refunds will not include the cost of shipping. You will be responsible for all return shipping charges to facilitate a change of mind return. We highly recommend you return your parcel with tracking, as returns are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse.

EXCHANGES

If you change your mind about the products you have purchased from us online or in-store, you have a chance to change the product.

1. please try on carefully and keep your product clean. The product must be declared worn, unwashed, undamaged and have the label attached original packaging, with all accessories.

2. Please keep the label, no label no return.

3. The return costs is at your response

4. Please take appropriate protective measures to avoid leaving nicks on the soles or damaging the shoe box when you are trying your shoes.

5. no refunds and exchange on any SALE items or items.

6. All refunds will be stored as store credit in your system account.

7. Pre-orders do not accept exchanges and refunds for any reason.

8.No refunds on freight charges, for any retuned items or cancelled orders.
