THANK YOU FOR SHOPPING AT AZ COLLECTION. THE FOLLOWING ARE THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF OUR SHIPPING POLICY.
GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION
*IN-STOCK ITEMS
Products in stock will be processed within 1-3 business days.
*BACKORDERS/PRE-ORDERS
If the product you selected is not currently in stock, we will contact you via email after checkout. Pre-orders are received within 15 working days.
TRACK YOUR ORDER
When your order is processed and shipped, you will receive an email notification from us, which includes shipping details and tracking number.
CHANGE DELIVERY ADDRESS
If the order is not shipped, we can change the shipping address. After the order is shipped, we cannot redirect the package to another address, and the customer can directly contact the courier company for coordination.
DAMAGE
A-Z and Land. will carry out strict quality inspection before shipment and will not be responsible for any products damaged or lost during transportation. If the order you received is damaged, please ask the relevant courier company to file a claim.
SHIPPING DELAY OR STOLEN SHIPMENT
Please note shipping delays are completely out of our control, and we are not responsible for the delay incurred by the express company.
All packages need to be signed for delivery unless the customer allows or instructs the goods to be signed without the need. If no one receives the package at home, the postman will leave the package at your front door. Once the courier arrives, we cannot control what happens to your package. We are unable to accept the refund request caused by the customer not receiving the order that the courier company shows “delivered”.
FREE SHIPPING
We only provide free shipping for the orders that over $100 NZD with any New Zealand address.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY
Products can be delivered to most parts of the world, for details, you can contact our online service to get the relevant quotation.
Delivery to China: Freight Payable at Destination
Delivery to Australia: Free economy shipping for orders over $500 NZD (3-10 working days).
We do not accept any refund or exchange for international orders and all sales are final.
